How are your embroidered items made?

All of our items are carefully made using high quality machines and precision techniques. We digitize each design, which is then stitched directly onto garments using durable embroidery thread. This gives each piece a professional, long lasting finish that won't peel or fade like printed designs.

What kind of garments do you embroider on?

We primarily use Gildan sweatshirts and comfort colors t-shirts for out embroidery. These brands are known for their durability, comfort, and quality, making them ideal for custom embroidered apparel.

Do you offer custom embroidery?

Absolutely! We love custom orders. Whether it’s a name, logo, or personal illustration, we can work with you to digitize the design and bring it to life with thread.

How do I care for my embroidered items?

To keep your embroidery looking its best:

  • Turn the item inside out before washing
  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
  • Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
  • Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat
  • Do not iron directly over the embroidery

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of sizes (typically S–2XL) and a variety of popular colors for both Gildan sweatshirts and Comfort Colors tees. Availability may vary by design, so feel free to reach out with specific requests.

Do you accept group or bulk orders?

Yes! We’re happy to fulfill bulk or group orders for events, businesses, or gifts. Contact us for special pricing and lead times.

Do you accept wholesale?

Yes! We’re happy to fulfill wholesale orders for other businesses. Contact us for special pricing and lead times.

We’re proudly based in Cross Plains, Tn, and yes—we ship nationwide within the U.S.!

SHIPPING

What is your turn around time for custom orders?

Custom embroidered orders have aturnaround time of up to 2 business weeks(10 business days) for production. This does not include shipping time. We carefully stitch each piece by hand/machine, so please allow us time to create something beautiful just for you!

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is ready, shipping generally takes 3–5 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

What about ready-to-ship items?

Items marked asready to shipwill typically be processed and shipped within1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes an additional3–5 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

In general,we do not accept returns. Each item is made or prepared with care, and many of our pieces are custom-made just for you.

. What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within5 days of receiving your package. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue and may accept a return or send a replacement.

I don’t love my item—can I return it?

While we don’t offer refunds, if you’re unhappy with yournon-customitem, we’re happy to offerstore creditthat you can use toward a future purchase.

What about custom items?

Allcustom orders are final sale. Because these items are made specifically for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer store credit unless there is a mistake or issue on our end.

How do i request a return or report and issue?
