RETURNS

  • EXCHANGE or IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO RETURNS. 
  • To receive an exchange or in store credit, original order must be sent back and inspected before in store credit is available, or exchange is shipped out. 
  • Custom and personalized items are not applicable for exchange or in store credit unless a mistake is made by seller. We try our best to always catch a mistake and fix it without a customer even knowing most times, but on the very rare occasion that we don’t you will have 7 business days to contact me via messenger, contact form, or email. Past 7 business days, the order is not applicable for exchange or in store credit. 
  • General items (non custom or personalized) are available for exchange or in store credit within 7 business days. Past 7 business days, item is not eligible for exchange or in store credit. Contact me through messenger, contact form, or email. 
  • To initiate an exchange or in store credit, please contact owner/seller via email: bluewaterdesigns22@gmail.com, facebook messenger, or the contact form listed in the website. 
  • Items being sent back for exchange or in store credit must be unworn, unwashed, without any flaws caused by the buyer. 
  • Buyer will pay shipping costs for exchanges or in store credit.
